where would u messure? the side? or top or where? fyi its biggest when measured at the bottom. middle at side and about an inch shorter when measured at the top, like 7 1\2 bottom 7 side 6 1\2 top. where would u measure?

at 16 your penis will mostlikely already have grown to its 'adult size'
penis sizes differ from person to person, the average is around 15cm or 6 inches. Average meaning, THAT lots of people have a size less than that.
methinks aslong as its larger than 4.5 inches, you should have NOTHING to worry about.
