I really need to lose the weight as fast as possible while still being safe. I have struggled with going from eating very light one day to binge-eating the next day. I also have a hard time exercising because I don't have anywhere to go to do it. Please give me some ideas...

Just move, Even if your sitting in your chair, move your legs, put some weights in your hands and swing them. Anything to stimulate your metabolism will help.

I found the book to be very informative and easy to read.

I've lost 17 pounds in 12 days, I'm just concerned that I'm losing too much weight, too quickly. I will admit I haven't followed the guide exactly. I'm not sticking perfectly to the listed foods and meal plans (but mostly) and doing very little exercise, but the weight keeps flying off.

It clearly works and if I'd followed it exactly I think it would scare the living daylights out of me because of the amount that I'd lose. So thanks again for the information. I've never purchased anything like this before because they are usually full of trash, but 3WD has been a pleasant surprise.

There aren't any gyms in your area you can go to? That really would be best- working out and eating reasonably. It's not such a good idea to go on diets so much unless you're willing to eat that way the rest of your life. Following a reasonable diet and excercise plan is always best. If you can't go to the gym try strapping on some headphones and walking around your block. Or turn on some music, draw the blinds and boogie down. Anything to keep you moving.

Try to buy healthier products and don't go out to eat. Check the back of a food product to make sure you're receiving the right amount of fat, calories, sugar and sodium every day. Eat enough but no too much. grains such as rice and bread may seem healthy but it is high in carbohydrates which give you more fat. Eat plenty of vegetables and fruit.

P.S: Did you know eating celery actually burns calories? (No fat)

Easy....eat a well balanced diet and exercise.

DO NOT go on a "fad" diet, i.e soup diets etc, they are a tempory fix isn't a good idea for someone your age, these are designed for obese people with heart conditions.

Good luck
