A canker sore is the name generally applied to the lesions of primary syphilis. assuming this is the diagnosis you have been given by a physician, he will have one the tests to confirm your diagnosis.
If you are guessing about the nature of a lesion, DON'T go see a doctor.

Canker sores usually aren't cancerous, but if you swish your mouth with salt water 3 times a day and don't start to see improvement within a couple of days, you might want to see your dentist.

if its cancer it wont heal...canker sores usually go away within a couple of days...rinse with some salt water.
