Your weight is perfect for your height. However, in order to lose weight, you must cut your calories and work out. Cardiovascular workouts do the trick. Running, biking, swimming etc....Good luck but don't get too skinny!

Nooo! Your booty will disappear. :)
I'd say drop five pounds, be 123 lbs, and you'll still be slim and slender. You're on the taller side of average, so you don't need to be that light! But whatever you do, PLEASE do it in a healthy way! Eat only a handful of food at every meal, have some snacks in between, but NO PROCESSED FOOD. I know, it's hard, but you'll be over it once you start this diet. Eat out less. Exercise more. You'll drop the weight YOUR BODY NEEDS TO DROP FOR YOUR PARTICULAR CIRCUMSTANCES. Just let it do what it does; if you're eating healthy & exercising regularly, and feel great, that's all you can ask for! Good luck!
Love,
Keesha.

Why? 90% of us are not the weight we wish to be, but still manage to be healthy without being a size zero. If you have a special event coming up, you could try cutting down on carbonated drinks, drink lots of water to hydrate your body. Then some exercise helps and less sweets/fats. But anything drastic usually comes back to bite you in the butt! Think healthy first.

Your BMI for your age and height is fine -- completely within the normal and healthy range! Just become more active if you have a little excess fat -- join a sport, run, etc. Eat fruit and veggies. Do squats, push ups and sit ups to tone up your muscles. Don't worry about a number so much as being healthy. Just be active and eat right.

You are at a healthy weight. If you feel that you are overweight, speak with your doctor or a nutritionist for advice. To lose weight in a healthy manner it needs to be done gradually. The majority of people who lose weight rapidly tend to gain it back and then some.

You sound fine to me, but if you want to tone up that would be good...eat healthy, starving yourself actually makes you hold weight...body shuts down, try 6 smaller meals a day....lots of water...20 min of cardio. Do sit ups and push ups...a little jog...good luck!
