Get an aerobic work out video. Work it out. If you go to your video store or go online you can get them really cheap so you have variety. Some hand weights and a work out mat and you are set.
And if the videos are old, who cares, sweating worked in the 80s too.

Probably somthing like the total Gym because you can work most your muscles and its not super expensive.
