i can't focus. my grades are like really really really bad because of this and nothing seems to be able to help me.
i keep feeling that i have other more important things to think of other than studies and when my mind drift away. i'm totally in another world
this situation's got me to loads of troubles
should i just focus on my talents (i'm into fashion design) and put less efforts into my studies?

I'm 5'0", 180 lbs and ready to start losing weight. I want to hear from WOMEN who were around my size. How did you lose weight? What kind and how much exercise did you do? What did you eat and how often? How long did it take you to lose weight? What was your starting weight/how much did you lose?

I'm not in any rush, I'm not interested in starvation. I want to do this in a "lifestyle change" way, not just try to drop 20 lbs in a month. I'm willing to make changes like severely cutting down on fast food and snacking on junk food. I'm a single mom, so the exercise I'm capable of doing regularly is the treadmill, or the stairs (things I can do without leaving the house).

Thanks for the advice!

Hi, I'm 18 years old and am generally a happy person, even if I am mostly quiet and slightly introverted, I do have a outgoing and confident side to me which my friends see an awful lot. During those times I feel really energetic and refreshed, but there are other times I just feel like crying for no apparent reason. It is getting to the stage where I sometimes don't feel like getting up in the mornings which is highly unlike me and I'm doing exercise and eating healthily to try and combat some of the symptoms. I want to sort this thing out now, but am not sure how to go about it. I would be more than happy to try any alternative therapies but I dont want to succumb to taking antidepressants if I can help it. Might it just be a hormonal imbalance, or dysthymia? I'm just totally confused right now and I dont, like many others, want this truthfully minor thing to affect my everyday life anymore. I want to be active!!
Any comments or answers would be really appreciated.
Thanks guys

In a previous question I ask if Chemo was a waste of time. I should not use the frase "waste of time" I am sure people enjoy to have their love's ones more time with them. So I ask the question in another way.

I have read so much about this subject. Ideally, I am looking for input from people who have had the surgery at least 5 years ago or more. Of course I would love to hear from anyone. Does anyone regret having the surgery?

Thank you. I will choose a best answer since you took the time to answer.

Some girls who are keen not to loose their haymen before they are married. However during pre marrage sex relations they loose their haymen without feeling they have been penetrated. Could this be true?

I know that it defeats the purpose of having these procedures done -with having children in the future but, my mind is made up though - I just want some friendly advice. No my husband is not telling me that I need to get it done - he is extremely supportive and just wants ME to see myself as he sees me. For me now - I dont see what he tells me he sees at all. We are not planning on having children for at least another 4-5 years - I eat healthy and work out - I had previously lost 50lbs and have some extra skin that will not go away - I am still only 20lbs overweight - but again, it really affects the way I feel about myself - anyone in a similar situation with some friendly advice????

i've been sleeping at around 3 or 4am lately and wake up at noon.
does that affect my body mentall/physically?
in what ways?
i find it hard to sleep early, if i do, i'll just roll around in my bed thinking about rubbish which make it even harder to sleep.
and also...
i've got concentration problems...
i can't focus in school as my mind keep drifting away...
how to keep myself focus and organized?

By this, I mean without machines or equipment -- just an hour or two a day to help me lose some pounds and tone up my midsection.
