Hi Benjamin L, I'M huggy babe here. You just need to do simple exercise. Exercise like to tone up your midsection sit up, push up(pumping position). To lose some pounds you need to do jumping tracks do as much as you can. The best 100 times a day. Do until you feel tired and thirsty you can stop. If not don't stop so easily and fast.

If you are having stairs in your house, run up & down very fast 6 to7 times and do some sit up's you will lose your weight automatically.

I found the good old military push-ups, and crunches worked really well. I tighten my abs muscle too when doing push ups.
