Try reading a boring book, have sex, try counting backward from 100 and tell yourself every 10 you get more and more tired - eyes heavy (a little self hypnosis), exercise or you could eat a big meal - alot of people get tired after that.

If not, be productive - clean out a closet, drawers or scrapbook.

Night Night

You're waking up at 4pm at the moment. Set your radio alarm clock to wake you up at 2pm and then once you're used to this set it to wake up up earlier at 12 midday, then 10 am and then 8 am.

The bottom line is don't focus on getting to sleep at the right time. Focus on waking up at the right time. This is because although you cannot control when your body decides to fall asleep, you have total control over when you wake up.

Read a book or turn on the telly. You'll feel sleepy after a while.

Or go for a brisk walk!

Sleep well.
