Y ou have to be examined by a surgeon .

well it sounds like you need to see a surgeon about it it could be several things like a cyst, a abscess, or a calcium build up. Good Luck

Could be an inflamed lymph node, cyst, etc. GO TO YOUR DOCTOR.
