Heya i need a good diet just to lose some fat??
I am in an office 5 days a week and do not get much time for excersise so can you help me?

Me Too!!!! I tried South Beach before & it works but my meds made me gain weight back.I would like to try it again because it is pretty simple.Check it out,there are many different menus you can try,you should be able to eat something you like on this diet!

Take a walk, if you split exercising up in 10 minute sessions, a couple times a day, you will be exercising!!! Try to cut your fast food and drink water instead of pop. It really works!! Good luck!!

tomatoes, eggs, egg whites, carrots, yogurt, V8 juice low sodium, chicken non fried, tuna, fish, any vegtables, cereal not the kids kinds, With the eggs I boil like 7 or 8 for the week put them in a bowl in the fridge and i'm set for the week I cover the top of the bowl so my fridge don't smell like hard boiled eggs.

well im asian so i think eating rice and eating less in small portion is the way to go and excersise when ever you can. good luck!

eat less, don't use the elevator, walk a few blocks to get to your car or bus
