Ok, don't laugh. And don't tell me to go brush my teeth, this is embarrassing enough. Helpful hints only please.
I have had halitosis since I was about 6 I think. Basically as long as I can remember. No one has really helped me with it, and even when I go to the dentist they just tell me to brush after meals, before bedtime, floss, rinse, etc. I've been doing all these things with no improvement. Mostly people just laugh. And no I don't smoke, I do stay away from coffee, onoins, spicy foods, etc.... I've been brushing with baking soda, no help, I've bought kits from the internet and special tounge scrapers, gums, mints, mechanical toothbrushes, toothpastes, all no help. There are other people with this problem, I'm sure I'm not the only one, but no one ever talks about it. I need to know what I'm missing. Is there a cure for this? Or maybe something simple I haven't tryed yet? Do any of you have this problem, or know of anyone who does, but manages to keep it in check?
