Moleskin/Molefoam works great. I used it all the time for backpacking and couldn't have survived without it. You can buy it in the same area as insoles. It says not to use on broken skin, but I have before and as long as I let it wear off vice ripping it off was fine.

soak your feet in salt water. leave uncoved to fresh air when you can, do not pick it or pull the skin off. put a melonin dressing on it if you go out for comfort and to keep it clean. If it goes red, you may of got it infected, go see a dr

Try soaking it in warm water, with a couple teaspoons of salt, twice a day, for 5 or 6 days, and see if that helps..

Keep it clean and covered during the day. At night clean it pat it dry put neosporin on it and leave it open to air.

this happened to me to! i got these cute shoes,,,but on one heal..the skin has broken,,,what i did was put tape on it,,alot of tape,,then it was fine to where those shoes,,after a while it healed and it was fine,
