I was told to eliminate all sugar, dairy, salt, amd caffiene from my diet a week ago and not only does that really eliminate almost anything that tastes good, I feel like CRAP!! Im tired all the time, grumpy, I have a wicked headache plus digestive issues. How can eating healthy make you feel worse?

is it normal that every time i stand up everything goes black, and i almost feel like i am going to faint? but i end up not fainting, but i fall to the floor sometimes...but still awake, not fainting? and it hurts like preasure on my head...what could it be?

My son's feet reek. He is only 7. We have tried everything! Even scrubbing the insides of his sneakers and sandles with bleach before washing them- they stank again in two days. Yes we've bought him new sneaks for school. He's worn them 4 days and guess what--- they smell. Any helpful ideas??????

history of anorexia-bulimia - been 'cured' for 16 years, but carry a tremendous amount of weight now and am almost 'afraid' to start all over again if i try to address this problem - BUT, still wish to lose some weight and to get back to feeling more healthy and fit. 42 yrs old, 2 teenaged kids, stressful work situation, recently relocated to a new country.

I'm talking about house frozen foods. I was wondering if I need to wear gloves when handling it. I only take the food from the garage freezer to the kitchen, but it still feels cold on my fingers.

it was genetic coz her mum had it too, would that mean her daughters would be likely to get it but would it affect the boys. i mean, would they have some other affect in cancer or would it necessarily be the same cancer i.e. in this instance, breast cancer. can a guy get cancer up there near chest (breast bit of women)?

for tampons will they keep the clots in?
i went to the gynoe and she put me on hormones bc she said the lining of my utrus was to thick so i will have a lot of clots im my next period will tampons keep the clots in?
do i need to just use pads?
with my regular flow i soak through my pants!
so thats why i use tampon but shesai my period woul be horible this time!
by the way im 12 and my periods are worse than my moms!(who has problems with her periods!)

My son complains of tummy pain which he describes as hot pain in the tummy and cramps. I took him to the doctor and he was fgiven anitbiotics. The pain has continued. Could this be gastritis?

I was going to him chiefly for anxiety, and at one point during a session he responded to something I said with even my patients in the psychiatric hospital are not that crazy, another time I was not able to make it in to a blood lab for a blood test and he again compared me with past patients, by telling me that I was not so important, and that he had had patients who barely functioned on their own and they could manage to get their blood tests. Needless to say I have stopped going to him, but how can I make sure he is punished for his unprofessionalism and that he is banned from medicine so he can't verbally abuse patients anymore - patients who had originally trusted him to make them better. (Btw, if there is enough interest in knowing who he is, I can open my email through Answers and email those interested, with the name, so they can avoid him...)
