I already exercised to fill some of the time, but now the bed is calling my name again. I can't help it...I just love to sleep. What can I do to occupy myself so I don't fall asleep?

I suggest that you exercise gradually. This will give you more energy.

When you begin, take it easy, but don't be afraid to sweat a little. Try low impact first. An elliptical or nice stationary bike is good. Maybe 10-15 min at a low setting. When it becomes too easy increase the resistance or try something more challenging.

Don't go home. Stay out and spend time with your family or friends. If you love to sleep, there is no way that you are going to keep yourself from going to sleep if you are just lounging around at home. Exercising will probably only want to make you sleep more if you are a lethargic person.

If you find yourself getting sleepy at the same time every day after work force yourself to change that habit. Search your house for dust! Clean those corners..throw out old stuff..rearrange room(s)..not all at once but a little everyday. Soon you will be out of that nap habit. Remind yourself to "save" your sleep for bedtime. You will sleep better.

I totally agree with you. If sleep were an Olympic sport, I'd get a gold medal.
I think the other answer is good, something about hanging out with friends.

Go out with some friends, girl and party or watch a suspense movie. I was sleepy to, but hangin' with your friends will make you wake UP!!!
