It's time for a change i'm 16 years old 216 or 217 pounds im in the 11th grade and i want to lose some weight and get a 6 pack. Not to where im all skinny and crap just till i have that 6 pack so do ya'll have any tips for me? I'm in school. How much weight do you think i should lose to get a 6 pack though?

You'll need to get down to low single digit body fat ratio. That's about 3 to 6 (that's for competition body builders) percent. Average should be about 6 - 13%.

All the while working on building muscle.

Just remember, not everyone can get that look. It depends on your anatomy and genetics.

Exercises in the second.

You don't provide enough information to say how much weight you should lose, just remember that muscle weighs more than fat, so the scale is not a good indicator. You should have your body fat measured with calipers.

I think that if you lose 50-55 pounds you'll be fine. You won't be skinny, and if you exercise frequently you can do it. (Remember to stretch before Running, and drinking a lot of water) Watch your meals eat healthy snack throughout the day,so when you eat you won't be that hungry. And don't worry about gaining a little if your workouts pay off remember that muscle weighs more than fat.

lose weight-the 6 pack is there under the flab.
