what is a "tremendous amount of weight", to a "cured" anorexic?
If I were you, I'd find a doctor or a weight loss clinic like weight watchers. Go to the library or a book store and find cook books with healthy or vegetarian dishes. Go for a daily power walk to relieve stress and for the exercise. Good luck!

If possible, try Bikram Yoga. Anyone can do it at any age but it is hard.

If you do it seriously, you will learn determination, preserverance, and will lose weight and get yourself into excellent condition. It will also reduce your stress a gread deal.

In the past, I have practiced martial arts (Shotokan Karate and Northern Shaolin Kung Fu) about 3 hours every day for 35 years and was in excellent shape but never lost weight. I switched to Bikram Yoga because of a hip injury. I have lost about 30 pounds since I started about 10 months ago and am in excellent shape. I do it 5 days per week and the workouts are 1 1/2 hours.

In addition to the web sites that were suggested and seeing a doctor, try getting a friend to come with you.

Good luck with the work and move!
