No it will not. Your final adult height is in your genes and you usually reach it around age 21. Working out will have no effect on it.

First off, you weigh 195 pounds.

Secondly, yes you can and will probably stunt your growth. You shouldn't be lifting that much at that age. Check with your doctor to see what they think about the idea. They will tell you how much you should be and/or can lift. It also depends on your height and how far along you are with your development.
