Get a nice big bowl filled with hot, steaming water. Put your face over the steam and breathe it in. You may need to blow your nose a lot. And no, spicy food doesn't help me. It MIGHT depend on who you are. I'm not sure. Good Luck!

Well, the spices will help it to not be so stuffed, but then you'll be stuck with a runny nose. Get some decongestants.

Join the club! It's so annoying isn't it? I use sinucleanse. I think that is how you spell it. You can get it at walgreens or wal-mart. If you don't want to use that, just buy a decongestant.

Get hot water and put camphor oil in it. A few drops. Then smell it. It will open your nose up temporarily.
