if it is not your menstrual cycle coming on, then more or likely you have a urinary tract infection, bladder infection. Drink plenty of water over the next 2-3 days and if you can handle it drink some cranberry juice,it really is not all that bad tasting. Do not drink any caffeine it will cause more stimulation and cause the cramping to become worse and during your period caffeine will also increase your blood flow, try this if it does not work call your gynecologist immediately to be checked out. HOPE YOU FEEL BETTER SOON. tAKE EXTRA STRENGHT TYLENOL FOR THE PAIN OR MIDOL,THEY BOTH WORK PRETTY GOOD.

You need to determine what kind of cramping you are having and is it going away, coming back or is it lingering pain that tends to move around. It could be your period but it could also be something else. If you don't feel better in a few days it is always safer to consult a doctor.

If you started menstruating then it could be related. If it is that severe then you need to tell your parents and get into the doctors. I work for a physician and it may be nothing just period related but you should be sure.

Have you already started your period yet? If not that's what it could be.
