I do the same thing. The more I do it, the more it needs to be done. The best method is to see the chiropractor. Let he/she correct it and try not to do it again. It becomes a habit if you don't stop.

dont do it! i knew someone who died from cracking his own neck! it was horrible, he went to our church, and we were all stuned. if you have to, go see a chiropractor. they can crack your neck more safely, and possible give you a reason as to why that is happening to u.
