I like running 3 miles in 30 minutes, but I change the incline, the speed, I knock myself out and I feel great afterward when the lbs drop off.

My favorite is the exercise video series called Turbo Jam that is distributed by Beach Body! Its a Cardio work that is set up as a dance class of sorts!

I like it simple: 30 Minutes of Jog/Running, 30 Minutes of laps in a Pool. I love it!

I like classes, I prefer the group exercise, as the bike and treadmill etc, are boring to me
