Im working on a new type of jerk rub but i am having trouble finding out what kind of spices go into either a traditional or Cariabian style. What i am looking for is the spices that go into either one of these dry (key word being dry) rubs.
Please give references for whatever and whereever you get your answers.

My little girl is turning one this weekend. She is allergic to Milk. I was told angel food cake doesn't have milk so I may go that route if I can't find a bakery to make me one without milk. Do you know if it is possible to have buttercream frosting that doesn't actually have milk? If that answer is it is impossible. Anyone know any other really good frostings with no milk?

Eggs , pouched or basted , any tips ? OK , I used a frying pan , heated water (about 1/4inch) broke eggs in , cooked until looked done , had some "sticking" , set over toast , wasn't bad , but I'm not sure that I'm doing it right , I love eggs in the morning and just trying to reduce the "oil" , I've been trying to figure it out on my own , but could use some advise , Thanks ...

So... i have 20 dollars in my account until tomorrow lol... so i gotta make dinner on a budget..

my boyfriend isnt feeling so good so i wanna surprise him with dinner! It gets harder though.. hes a VERY picky eater.

He only eats red meat (no chicken/seafood- i know.. so horrible for him- i cant belive how skinny he is with this diet!) and doesnt like many veggies besides like corn.

Things he likes are like pizza, steak, pasta, etc. Any ideas for manly man dinners on a budget lol?

So, my boyfriend is coming home (we met while he was in the Air Force) and I haven't cooked for him yet. I am a good cook but I'm out of the swing of things. Men, what are some meals that you love? Ladies, what are some great recipes that I can make to show off my skill?
