Hi Nadia,
Try this recipe:
Quick homemade pizza
Ingredients
For the base:
1 double packet of pizza dough mix (2x145g sachets)
add any of these suggestions to flavour the dough:
1 tsp dried chilli flakes, a small handful of finely grated parmesan cheese, 1 tsp dried or 1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (oregano, basil, parsley, thyme, marjoram, rosemary), 1-2 tbsp finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, 1-2 tbsp finely chopped olives,
1 tbsp flavoured oil, such as chilli, basil or rosemary
flour, for rolling out
olive oil, for drizzling
For the tomato sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 cloves of garlic, crushed
1 bay leaf
1 tsp dried oregano
1x400g can chopped tomatoes
2 tbsp tomato purée
flaked sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Topping suggestions:
Tomato and cheese form the basic pizza ingredients, but depending on your mood and your taste buds, you can turn a basic pizza into any flavour you like. Experiment yourself or try some of these suggestions:
For a Cheese Feast:
120g/4½oz each of mozzarella, gruyere, dolcelatte and 50g/2oz parmesan cheese
For a Popeye Special:
50g/2oz cooked spinach, grated nutmeg, 1 tsp dried oregano, 50g/2oz mozzarella cheese, a handful of grated parmesan cheese, a handful of pinenuts and 1 egg broken in the centre
For a Hot Hot Hot:
thinly sliced pepperoni, thinly sliced onion, a few chopped jalapeno peppers, mozzarella cheese and oregano
For a Four-in-One:
place thinly sliced pepperoni/salami over one quarter of the top, thinly sliced mushrooms over the second quarter, mozzarella cheese over the third quarter and tinned anchovies, olives and capers over the last quarter
For a Pizza Med:
a few slices parma ham, mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, olives and parmesan cheese
For a Seafood and Spice:
cooked prawns, capers, olives, chilli flakes, mozzarella cheese and canned anchovies
Method
1. Make the base according to the packet instructions, using both packets to make a double amount of dough. It can be left plain, but for a more interesting pizza add your chosen flavouring from the suggestions in the ingredients list before any liquid is added.
2. Roll into 1 large pizza base or 2 smaller ones, sit on a baking sheet's) and leave to rise in a warm place. While the dough is rising you can prepare the tomato sauce and toppings.
3. For the sauce, heat the olive oil in a medium saucepan and gently cook the onion and garlic for about 8 minutes until softened. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes until you have a thick, spreadable sauce. Season with salt and pepper, then remove the bay leaf.
4. Preheat the oven to 220C/425F/Gas 7.
5. Spread a generous amount of tomato sauce over the pizza base(s), leaving a 1cm/½in gap around the edge. You can now add your favourite toppings (see above for some suggestions), drizzle with olive oil, then place in the oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the base is crisp and the topping is golden.

Hi Nadia

Here is a easy recipe for pizza dough as well as the basic topings

Ingredients
250-350ml/8¾-12¾fl oz lukewarm water
1 tbsp active dried yeast
550g/1lb 3½oz strong white flour, plus extra for dusting
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp clear honey
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil, plus extra for brushing

Method
1. Pour 150ml/5¼fl oz of the water into a bowl and sprinkle over the yeast. Stir to dissolve, then leave to rest in a warm place for ten minutes.
2. Sift the flour, salt and pepper into a large bowl. Stir the honey and olive oil into the yeast mixture until well combined.
3. Make a well in the centre of the dry ingredients and pour in the yeast mixture, mixing to form a soft and slightly sticky dough. Add enough of the remaining water, little by little, until you have achieved the correct consistency.
4. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured work surface and lightly flour your hands. Knead the dough for ten minutes until it is smooth and pliable.
5. Lightly oil a large bowl - it should be big enough to allow the dough to double in size. Put the dough inside and cover with cling film. Set aside in a warm place for 1-2 hours.
6. When the dough has doubled in size, remove the cling film and punch the dough down. Remove from the bowl and knead again until smooth. Divide into five round balls and let the dough rest before shaping.
7. To shape the dough, lift a ball of dough on to a lightly floured work surface and lightly flour the top. Flatten the dough with your fingers before picking it up and slapping it onto your work surface. Repeat this a couple of times. Now drape the dough over your clenched fist and stretch it gently from the outside rim.
8. Place the dough in well-floured pizza tins or baking sheets, top with your choice of toppings and bake in a hot oven until the topping is meleted and the edges are crispy.

For the topping
2 tsp tomato purée
½ yellow pepper, de-seeded and sliced
1 egg
55-85g/2-3oz Red Leicester cheese, grated
a few basil leaves, shredded

Spread the tomato purée onto the base. Scatter the pepper slices over and then crack an egg in the centre of the pizza.
6. Sprinkle the grated cheese over and scatter the shredded basil leaves over the top.
7. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the dough is crispy and the cheese has melted and is golden and bubbling.
8. Remove from the oven and serve.

One of the most easiest ways if you don't want to make your own crust is to buy a pre-made one or get a box mix for the crust.
In Iowa we use either marinara sauce, or canned pizza sauce, I use spaghetti sauce and add extra Italian seasoning. If you are making the crust from a mix bake for about 10 min. first (keeps the pizza dough from being too doughy) ingredients we like on pizza are Italian sausage, hamburger, pepperoni, Canadian bacon, crumbled bacon, onions, green peppers, mushrooms (i use canned) mozzarella cheese.
pineapple and Canadian bacon is my daughters favorite.
Mine is taco add taco seasoning to a can of tomato sauce put on crust add hamburger onions, cheese bake after baking top with shredded lettuce tomatoes and crushed taco chips serve with taco sauce
