There's little fat in chicken meat. the skin is the scale tipper. If you remove it then the fat intake is much lower. Pork and beef depending on cut has the fat running thru it making it part of the meat.

With the leaner cuts of beef and pork, I'd say that Chicken is no longer the desired meat of choice! And, extra lean ground beef has less fat than ground turkey! Your best bet, however, is to go vegetarian a couple of times a week and include up to 3 servings of fish (rich in Omega-3)

depending on the cut of the meat and how it was raised is the real question.
free range grain fed beef or pork is much leaner than cage fed animals they also have less hormones pumped into them
Of the three meats you described skinless grain fed chicken would be the leanest

In the future try Elk , Emu , and Wild Boar these meats are healthy , lean and full of nutrients

very healthy (compared to the other two). eating chicken also reduces the amount of acne on a person's face.

The cows are all healthier than the chickens or the pigs because they get more exercise!! lol Sorry. Could'nt help myself.
