I don't necessarily agree with some of your teacher's choices, but you'll learn that as you go ahead in class.
1. Granulated sugar - H
2. Confectioner's sugar - D
3. Baking Soda - F
4. Shortening - C
5. Molasses - E
6. Milk - B
7. Vanilla - A
8. One-Half Egg - G

Pay attention in class and learn these basic measuring techniques. While a lot of us don't measure precisely, it's because we've cooked for years and know which items matter...like measuring is important for baking cakes but not when making soup.

what a silly question is this? i hardly ever measure anything. i jsut shake, pour or drizzle what i deem appropriate.

and what the hell would need half an egg? eitherm ake twie as much (cookies etc) or jsut throw in a whole egg, itll just rise slightly more.
