That's the easiest thing that can be done, bro! Like this;
After you eat some heavy meal, go on sleep or rest alot. Eat chocolates and chicken too.
But honestly I'm jealous with you. How come you're so hard to get fat?! I had to control my eating so I wont end up become fat. But you... Gosh! You're so lucky.

If your metabolism were high, your body temperature would be high, too.
If you want to gain weight, exercise. Muscles grow in size if you use them.
You can alter your diet to temporarily gain or lose no more than 10% of your weight. It's basically fluid weight.
Your body has a fat organ. If you have more stress than your body can deal with, your fat organ enlarges, permanently. It's just the same as an overworked heart or an overworked liver enlarges.
If you cannot find any really big stressors, write to me privately, and I'll send you the names of some of my former bosses.

Start "Carbing up". Eat high carb items such as pototaes, Pasta, Rice, Breads and plenty of protiens with them. You'll gain weight. Excercise along with your new diet and the muscle will also add weight onto to you.

you need to stay healthy though - no drinking a pint of melted butter every day.....
If you want to gain weight, I would suggest the easiest way would be to use some of the weightlifting supplements - they are designed to pack in calories, protien etc.
