I had a huge bag of chicken leg quarters and cooked them up, only to find myself left with 8 extras.
I am not too imaginative in the kitchen as far as thinking of things myself, and need some ideas for the leftovers.

I did think of one idea, chicken chili, I have heard about it, but have no clue what I would mix together. Do you make it the same as you would any other chili, just substitute the chicken for the beef?

Thanks all. Any suggestions will be tried.

Thumbs up to everyone.

How can they season it with ketchup? It is awful!!

I was adding it into something but I ended up using tablespoons instead of cup measurements. How much does 9 tablespoons equal out to? It's flour, so it's dry (ie-not measured in the exact same cups as liquids).

How long will it take if it's just salt, water, flour? If egg is added? Just milk or water and flour?

Which would help water/flour/salt rise better, baking soda or baking powder?

Okay, so I am making a tropical island type cake. I bought edible green airbrush spray, blue icing with the tips to make designs and stuff. Also, black icing gel for lettering and rocks. I am probably going to do a two layer cake, and I want a waterfall coming down it. I also bought little palm trees to go on the cake. Any suggestions on how I should decorate the cake?
