Fruit Smoothies:

5 min 5 min prep
3 servings

3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup applesauce
1 small ripe banana, halved
1/2 cup frozen raspberries
7-10 ice cubes

1. in a blender, combine all ingredients; cover and process until smooth. pour into chilled glasses; serve immediately.

TROPICAL SMOOTHIE

flavored ice pops
ice
gingerale

1) Get a blender.
2) Put ice pops in blender.
3) Add ice.
4) Mix in blender for 1 minute.
5) Add A little soda.
6) Mix for 2 minutes, if it is still chunky add a little more soda.
7) If it is still chunky after the 1st part of step 6, add the soda and mix until it is smoothie like.
8) Now get a cup and pour the smoothie out of the blender and into the cup.
9) Enjoy a cup of fruit smoothie.

CREAMY DELIGHT SMOOTHY

1 banana
6 strawberries
1 c. milk
3 t. yogurt
5 scoops of vanilla ice cream
1 c. cream
2 t apple juice
2 t vanilla

Blend all ingredients and prepare to enter heaven!

EASY ORANGE SMOOTHIE

1 small can frozen orange juice(or half regular size can)
1 cup skim milk
1 cup water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 cup sugar
14 crushed ice cubes

Place all ingredients in blender.Blend until smooth.

well, if your over 21, i would suggest this wonderful smoothie.

Amaretto Smoothie

4 (1.5 fluid ounce) jiggers amaretto liqueur
4 (1.5 fluid ounce) jiggers milk
1 cup vanilla ice cream

In a blender combine amaretto, milk and ice cream. Blend until smooth. Pour over ice into 4 glasses

My Mom as made this...

1. Bananas
2. Raspberry's
3. Blueberry's
4. Orange Juice
5. Peaches

It was fantastick!!!!!!!!!!

Put ice and your favorite berries or fruit, I like the classic banana and strawberry, then pour in orange juice and blend.
