I'm very new to the ground turkey game. I want to make a patty melt. About how long would an average sized burger cook for? Do I sear the meat? (cooking it in a frying pan, its raining here). Any other suggestions?

i want to know some good ideas for what to put in my brown rice that i eat at lunch everyday to make it easier to eat. I'm on a muscle building diet, so i already get enough protein, fat and other nutrients throughout the day so i don't want to load up on anything else ( like throwing in a bunch of chicken or pork for example). Basically, i just want to know if someone has any ideas for spices, sauces, or whatever else that you may like to use to help me choke down my 2 servings of brown rice everyday....

I'm going camping with my 25 year old daughter this weekend. There is a charcoal grill at our site. Ideas for lunch and breakfast? I plan on chicken and salmon for dinners. Thanks.

We've been grilling a lot already, and I just don't like the buns from the store so much. Also, if you have a recipe that uses a packet of yeast, how much does that measure, if I'm using bulk yeast? Thanks~

I tried making homemade cherry ice cream this weekend, which fresh cherries. According to the recipe, I was to mix in a half pound of chopped fresh cherries into the ice cream at the end. However, when the cherries in the ice cream froze, they turned into little flavorless ice cubes, and ruined the consistency of the ice cream.

How do you make cherry ice cream with fresh cherries ?

I need a recipe for some boneless, skinless chicken breast, I was going to skillet fry them, but a casserole might be better. Let's see what ya'll come up with.

I am making several pans of lasagna for a wedding rehearsal dinner. I only have a few of the glass baking dishes, but I have 3 of the dark metal cake pans. I know that you're suppose to reduce cooking time when baking cakes in them, but my question is will my lasagna turn out ok? Should I reduce the baking time, or should I just go out and buy more glass baking dishes?

I am cooking a curry and asked my darling boyfriend to bring home some natural yoghurt.

He bought home natural yoghurt but its the "set" kind.

Is this still okay to cook with or will it curdle?

Thanks in advance!
