Some hotels already have them, while some may not. Usually if the hotel room has a kitchen, then there will be cooking supplied (pots, pans, even dishes and silverware). If you are unsure, you can call ahead. Although, if they do not have supplies in the room, I am pretty certain you could call up the concierge and they could bring you some...

Candlewood Suites, Homewood Suites, Homestead Studio, and StudioPlus all have full kitchens. Extended Stay America (which is probably the least expensive of these) also has a kitchen, but no oven - just a fridge, stove, and microwave.
All of these hotels have plates, cups, utensils, pots, pans, etc. I think most of them have dishwashers too. You can always verify what the kitchens contain on the hotels' websites, if you don't want to call.

Definitely give them a quick call. For instance, I stayed at a hotel once that provided pots and pans, but no utensils or plates. Another place provided plates and silverware, but no cooking utensils and only a very small pot. Best to ask.

If you are staying in a very fancy penthouse, they will probally have a personal cheif for you, but if it is just a regular hotel, it would be best to bring your own.
