If I use bulk yeast, how much do I use instead of a packet?

2.25 tsp. That's a standard packet, if that's what the recipe calls for. I just use 2 heaping tsp, that works.

I use bulk yeast also and had the same question when I started using it. I measured it and its a little more than 2 tbsp.
