Once a few years back I had a potatoe salad made with sour cream and either cilantro or dill something like that and I've looked all over and can't find it? Its a cold salad.

I bought some shrimp, crab meat.. Made a salad from it, put it on pita I fried added spinach. Seafood roll up going to call it.

I mixed sour cream , mayo, green onions, celery, lemon pepper seasoning, dash of lawory's salt. Curry powder, dill weed, packet hot mustard from chinese resturant.. just a few squirts, or if you dont have. Tabascco. just for a pick up spice.

Chop everything up mix, put in fridg. to chill , then fry up your pita wrap. With olive oil or butter.

Lay down foil . put your pita down add your spinach , then seafood mixture. wrap it up like a gyro .

you can change up any ingred. for lower fat..

I want to try something new for dinner tonight. It is for a family of four, has to be really easy, preferably not with meat and only take 2 hours or less to make. Also, it would be super if it was really good and kid friendley if you get my point.

I came across a recipe one time that I made a mental note to cook for my wife, but I can't remember and don't have a copy of it. From what I remember, the recipe called for cutting a pineapple lengthwise - stems and all - into quarters. Then it said to grill the pineapple wedges and when done top with what sounded like a very tasty sauce. The sauce (I could be wrong here) has brandy and cream and other ingredients, but that is where I am lost. Anyone else heard of this one? Know the sauce recipe?
Cheers

I want to improve on this potato salad recipe... it's very close to what I like, but seemed to be missing something…and had a little too much Italian dressing taste

5 pounds potatoes, unpeeled, boiled
3 Tbs. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 8oz. bottle Wish bone Italian dressing
1 sm. Onion chopped finely
1½ tsp. Dijon mustard (grey poupon)
1 cup Hellman’s mayo
1 carrot, grated
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped

Where can I buy restaurant quality dishes for home use? I need durable dishes that are not made of plastic. And yes, I have tried those Corelle dishes, and I manage to break those too. I would prefer not to spend a fortune.
