Depends on size of pie and power of M/W.
Do three minutes and stick fork into middle of pie for ten seconds, see how hot fork is.
You are only warming pies as they are already cooked, if end of fork is warm enough enjoy, if not do another minute and re test, same again 'til done.
Different pies different times, to suit you.

Probably about a minute, but why would you want to microwave it anyway? It just makes the pastry all soggy and disgusting, heat it in the oven! x x
