Here's mine, give or take a little to taste:
8 eggs, hard boiled, cut them in half, take out the yolks and put them in a bowl. Mash them.
Mix into the egg yolks:
some finely chopped green olives, maybe 6
like a tablespoon of green olive juice,
mayonnaise, enough to keep the mixture together so you can put it into the egg white halves, try 1/4 cup for starters, more or less.
Sometimes I put in a sprinkle of garlic powder or Mrs. Dash or dried parsley.
Sprinkle some paprika on top of each egg half.
I never have a set recipe, I just add this and that as I go along, this is the basic recipe. Pretty simple.

Here's how I make them, and mine are always the first to disappear when more than one of us brings them to potlucks.
To one dozen hard boiled egg yolks, add:
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 teaspoons mustard
1 teaspoon garlic salt
Blend together very well, until all the lumps are gone, and pile it in the whites. Or use a pasty bag with a star tip to squeeze the yolk mixture into the whites if you want them prettied up. You can sprinkle the tops with paprika, if you want.
Don't substitue Miracle Whip for the mayo unless you like sweet deviled eggs!

I boil about 6 eggs, let cool, and put the yolks in a bowl and mash. Then add a good Tbsp of mayo, a smaller Tbsp of Dijon, a tsp. of dill relish, and (key ingredient) a tsp. of white vinegar. Then some dried dill. Mix it all up and pipe into the whites. I garnish with green olives and paprika.
