I think a lot of people don't know that making scrambled eggs with milk gives them a little something extra. You don't need it, it's just what we might call an extra luxury. You're eggs will come out almost the same.

No, you don't need milk. (After the eggs are on the dish, you'll notice the eggs have water around them....that's the liquid from the milk coming back out. GROSS!) So, I don't use milk, water, or any other liquid in scrambled eggs. I like them better without.

I never use milk in scrambled eggs anymore - just scramble at low heat. If you need more moisture, it's perfectly fine to add a tablespoon or so of water. Bon appetit!

Nope, I never, never use milk in my eggs. I find that it makes them taste "wet" to me. I just put the eggs in a bowl, add some seasoning and then beat them. Let the pan get hot and add a little butter and there ya go. You don't need milk at all.

No...milk definitely isn't necessary to make scrambled eggs. Its purpose is to make the eggs more fluffy. So if you don't mind eggs that aren't fluffy, you can leave out the milk. I hope this helps!

No, milk isn't necessary at all. Yes, it may make the eggs richer, but its no biggy when you run out of milk. I preferably have my eggs without milk.

No indeed! Just scramble and cook.
Milk or other additives (water) just keep the eggs from scrambling too hard. But so does slow and easy heat.

I've never used milk to scramble eggs. I do use a bit of seasoning though, dill or garlic powder...
