Oh, steak fajitas! With lots of fajita seasoning, and perhaps some hot sauce. If it's a bit too spicy, I also like to cool it down a little by dipping in ranch salad dressing. Yum. But fajitas are so easy to make, and so good, too!

BBQ chicken sandwhiches are great for the summer since you can eat them outside and its like a cook-out =)
