I'm looking to season them with salt and pepper, put them in the oven, and top them with a sauce. I need suggestions on cooking temperature and time.

Temperature pre-heated 350 degree F oven.

Time varies w/ thickness. If they are 1/2 inch thick - about 5 to 7 minutes per side. If they are an inch or so thick, then about 10 minutes per side.

I usually do this with tenderloins, but it should be just as good for chops. Place chops in a sealable plastic bag. Add teriyaki sauce/marinade to cover. Add 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary and 3/4 teaspoon dried thyme. Marinate for about 2 hours. Tun over the bag a couple of times while marinating to ensure coverage. Grill and enjoy!

this is a good one. boneless baked with sauce, yum.

Boneless Pork Chop Bake

1/2 cup flour
2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 pounds boneless pork chops
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped celery
4 ounces sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cups milk
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons lemon juice

In a pie plate or wide, shallow bowl, combine 1/4 cup flour, paprika, salt and pepper. Lightly dredge chops in flour mixture. In a heavy skillet, melt butter or margarine over medium heat. Brown chops on both sides; transfer to a shallow baking dish. In the same skillet, sauté chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, and chopped celery until onion is tender; add mushrooms and continue cooking until onion lightly browns; add remaining 1/4 cup of flour, blending in well.

Add milk slowly, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened. Taste and season to taste; add lemon juice. Pour sauce over chops in baking pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
Serves 4 to 6.

I always use Shake N Bake for pork, and the instructions for that say 400 deg.F for 35-40 minutes, so that should work for you I bet. (more time for thick pork chops and less time for thin). I cook on a rack to get both sides evenly.
********* just noticed the answer above - those times and temp will not cook pork, please be careful and make sure it is cooked! ***********
