I want to do them in the oven. Does anyone know what temp and how long?

coat them with olive oil and a little salt, tastes so good with the sweetness of the potatoes and then bake at about 400 until crisp...enjoy!

Seasoned Sweet Potato Fries


Ingredients
1/2 - 1 tsp. Seasoned Salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. fresh ground pepper
2 lbs. sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2-inch wedges

Directions
Combine first 3 ingredients; toss with potatoes. Arrange potatoes in single layer on greased baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 35 minutes or until browned and crisp; turn once. Makes 4-6 servings.

Coat them with olive oil, salt and pepper. Cook them in the oven as high a tempurature as your oven will go-they will be crispier the higher the temp. Check them after 15 minutes and cook longer if needed. Sounds delicious!!

For thick, meaty, fleshy steak fries, I think I would parboil them first. Then dry out, rub down w/ a bit of oil, then lay in a single layer on a baking sheet. 350ºF for 35-45 min. ought to do it.
