Here is your first meal...
NOODLES AND MINCED BEEF
1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk
1 lb. Spaghetti Pasta
1 1/2 c. grated cheese
1 lb. minced beef
Noodles and cooked minced beef put in the over to bake until it is a light brownish but check on it during cooking in the oven stirring the ingredients together. You will have to sort of check your food and the oven temp would be fine on 350 or a little higher I can't tell you exactly how long but it should be to your liking in 35 to 1 hour. Top it with some more cheese
Add some tinned corn and you have a delish meal. Add some mushrooms for a little extra flavor if you would like as well
2nd meal
boil your rice and add some pineapples by cutting into lil mini bite size pieces.
and a side of scrambled eggs
Scramble your egg with a splash of milk to make them fluffy. you can cook in a pan on medium heat. Scrapping the egg around until it is cooked and all scramble up.
Eat your apples as a snack
I think you have two delicious meals w/ healthy snack or treat for later.

Yo, youse can make a tasty casserole outa that! Cook the beef until done, then stir in the can of corn with the liquid. Drain the liquid from the pineapples and toss them in. Set aside and keep warm. Cook the pasta. Grate the cheese. When the pasta's done, divide into equal portions on individual plates. Spoon the beef mixture over the pasta and follow that with the mushrooms, drained, and then the grated cheese. You can make a delicious dessert with the milk, eggs, rice and apples. You'll need a bit of ground cinnamon and just a pinch of ground cloves and some sugar.
I dunno what you might do with the mustard; I rarely use the stuff - just don't particularly care for it. Me, I'd toss it in the dustbin.

Do you have any corn meal? You could make corn bread with the corn, milk and eggs.
Beef mince? Not sure what that is, but could you serve that with the spaghetti noodles tossed with melted cheese? Or the rice and mushrooms with melted cheese stirred in?
Would the cheese be good with a sliced apple?
If you have kids, ask them if they would like the spaghetti or rice better and go from there.
You could even try to do sort of a spaghetti carbonara using the milk and eggs and instead of using bacon, you could use the been mince?

Mix the beef and mushrooms together and pan fry. Serve over the spaghetti noodles. You could serve the corn on the side. Have fruit for desert.

Spagetti pie. You do need tomato sauce for it though. You could use up many of those ingredients though. Check out www.recipezaar.com
