I was adding it into something but I ended up using tablespoons instead of cup measurements. How much does 9 tablespoons equal out to? It's flour, so it's dry (ie-not measured in the exact same cups as liquids).

2 tablespoons is equal to 1 oz. So, then if you divide 9 by 2, you get 4 1/2. So, you have a little over a 1/2 cup of flour (a cup of flour is 8 oz.)

Heaped or level! surely if you can understand cups then understanding an using a tablespoon isn'tt that difficult. use the measuring system given in the book!! converting between 2 systems in the same recipe is destined to lead to disaster!!
