I went out to eat at a cafeteria with my daughter. I had a veg plate - squash, broccoli, creamed spinach, corn. Some jalapeno cornbread and a bowl of fruit salad. My little girl had fried okra, cheesy mashed potatoes, and a chicken leg.

Sounds yummy. I grilled BBQ chicken while the little lady made salad, baked potatoes and cut up some watermelon. The perfect summer Saturday meal. . . . .

*Pesto and Sun-dried tomato-stuffed hamburgers w a cheesey sauce, home fries and fruit salad. Maybe ice cream later.

*This is part of a meal that you cook, but the ingredients are already put together.

I wasn't quite that elaborate. I made wraps with swiss cheese, Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce, crabmeat and spinach, fried in olive oil and chopped garlic. Tasty, cheap and healthy.

A really great low cal chicken marsala. I only make main courses with 5 or less ingredients. This only took chicken breasts, mushrooms, green onions, marsala wine. It turned out wonderful!
