I' love to make dumplings just like my grandmother made. I've even used biscuit dough, and just dropping them in hot water I fail at doing. So I need advice please! We love our dumplings bite size or a little bigger, and big enough to taste

here is my favorite, take ribs wash them, pat dry, rub em down with a rub mix consisting largely of brown sugar, with garlic assorted dried pepper powders (paprika, chipolte, chilli, and black pepper) salt, onion powder and cumin. let the ribs chill overnight, then reapply some rub before cooking. i kinda freestyle on the rub everytime. i also like to use just olive oil garlic powder and rosemary and a little salt and pepper for a "italian" style. on a medium heat grill the ribs for fiffteen minutes or so, or just till the meat starts peeling back a little bit from the bone ends, do not shut lid on grill! it will cause flare ups and burn them! then arrange them in a baking pan and cover with lid or foil, or put in a baking bag, like a turkey bag, and cook for 3 hours at 235-250 degrees F. take out of the oven let them sit for about five or ten, and enjoy. what is your favorite way to cook baby backs?

Hi, I would like to learn how to poach an egg in water rather than use the little egg cups. A real poached egg is cooked in boiling water but for some reason, my egg won't stay together. I have added vinegar to the water but it still sort of falls apart. They certainly don't look like the ones that they serve at my favorite breakfast place. What do I need to do to poach them in the water and keep them in one piece? Thanks!

Or really, I'm open to anything. But, there can't be any peanut butter in anything because we have some kids who are serverly allergic. So any good ideas for the recipies?

Anybody have a very easy recipe? We are talking no mixing of flours, etc, but something like taking a mixture of Splenda, water, egg substitutes and whatever else is needed to make it hold together and pouring it onto a ready-made crust. Do I really need flour or baking powder and grated lemons, etc? It always turns out terrible when I try to make it from scratch.
