This is one of the best and easiest recipes I've ever come across:
16 lasagne noodles, cooked according to package directions
2 lbs hot Italian sausage
1/2 yellow onion, diced
1/2 tsp minced garlic
3 T dried Italian herbs
1 28 oz can tomato sauce
1/4 cup good olive oil
1 16 oz container Velveeta
3 cups shredded Italian blend cheese
1 cup Shredded Parmesan
Saute sausage, onion and garlic until cooked thru. Drain and add tomato sauce, herbs and olive oil. Simmer for 15 minutes while you slice the Velveeta into 1/4 inch slices. Layer as follows: a little sauce, noodles, sauce, Velveeta, shredded cheese, noodles etc. End with sauce and shredded cheese and top with Parmesan. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is bubbly. Serve with hot french bread and green salad. And, did you know that when you cook with alcohol, the alcohol burns off only leaving the flavor?

Buy the oven ready lazagna noodles. Fry up some ground beef and then add about 2 cans of tomato sauce to it.
Get a deep casserole dish and spoon some tomato sauce mixture on the bottom. Put a layer of noodles down - no over lapping. Add more sauce. Be fairly generous with the sauce. Add a layer of noodles, then sauce. In a bowl, mix some cottage cheese (or ricotta cheese) with 1 beaten egg. Put that on as your next layer. Add more noodles, then sauce. Repeat until your at the top of the casserole dish. End with sauce. Cover with shredded mozzerella.
Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake at 400 for 1 hour. Insert a knife into the lazagna to check if the noodles are fully cooked. Remove the foil and let the cheese melt. Let stand for 5-10 minutes and serve with garlic bread.

Lasagne is easy....try this one:
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 28-oz can tomatoes
1 12-oz can tomato paste
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 tablespoons salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
1/2 teaspoon thyme leaves
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1 bay leaf
2/3's 16-oz package lasagna noodles (about 14 noodles)
2 eggs
1 15-oz container ricotta cheese
1 16-oz package mozzarella cheese
In 5 quart dutch oven over high heat, cook ground beef and onion until pan juices evaporate and beef is browned. Add tomatoes, their liquid, and next 8 ingredients. Heat mixture to boiling stirring to break up tomatoes. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Discard bay leaf. Tilt pan and spoon off any fat. Cook lasagna noodles as label directs; drain well. In 13x9 baking dish, arrange half of the drained noodles, overlapping to fit. Preheat oven to 375.
In a small bowl with spoon, combine eggs and ricotta cheese and spoon one half of this mixture over noodles in baking dish. Sprinkle with one half mozzarella; top with one half sauce. Repeat layers. Bake 45 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serves 8

Box of lasagna noodles.
Hamburger
Sauce (bottle or homemade)
Ricotta cheese
Mozerella cheese
nutmeg
an egg
Boil your noodles. Make sure you put only enough in the water for the layer. Put sauce on the bottom of your lasagna pan so the last layer doesn't stick. When the noodles are done, lay them on the bottom of the pan. Fry hamburger, I like to fry mine with a little onion, salt and pepper. Put more noodles in the boiling water. Put fried hamburger on the first layer of noodles. Then put sauce on the hamburger. Apply the next layer of noodles. Mix Ricotta cheese, mozzeralla, salt, pepper, an egg and a dash or two of nutmeg. Mix. put cheese mixture on noodles. Apply top layer of noodles. Add sauce to top, sprinkle with parmasean cheese. Let sit in fridge for a day. Bake at 350 degrees for an hour. Enjoy. I just finished making a lasagna.
