Somehow they stayed hard and I think they had powdered sugar on them.

Peanut Butter Balls

Here is a great snack and wonderful recipe for kids:

1 c. peanut butter
1 c. powdered milk
1/2 c. honey

Blend all ingredients together (preferrably with hands).
Roll into balls the size of large marbles and refrigerate.

Optional:
roll balls in powdered cocoa or powdered sugar

dip into chocolate fondue

1 cup honey

1 1/2 cups crushed corn flakes
1 1/2 cups finely chopped walnuts or pecans
1 cup powdered sugar

1. Mix peanut butter, honey, and milk together in a large bowl to form very thick mixture.
2. Roll mixture in small balls about the size of a walnut.
3. Roll the balls in either the crushed cornflakes, finely chopped nuts, or powdered sugar.
4. Place on waxed paper and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Ingredients
-1 cup peanut butter
-1 cup confectioner's sugar
-1/2 cup minced dates
-1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
-diluted frosting (a little confectioner's sugar and water)
-coconut for rolling balls in

Directions
Mix peanut butter, confectioner?s sugar, minced dates and nuts together. Form into 1-inch balls. Roll or dip into diluted frosting then roll into coconut. Refrigerate and keep refrigerated until served.

Mix equal amounts of peanut butter and softened butter (not margarine), roll into balls, then roll in powdered sugar, then refrigerate.
