The entree was made with a light cream sauce that contained snow peas, walnuts and thinly sliced red and green peppers..A very good dish to get that daily allowance of fiber and veggies...I mainly want a recipe for making the ravioli, but if anyone has a similar sauce recipe also, that'd be great!! Thanks for the help!!

I've been using the same salmon recipe for years, and would like to try something new. If anyone has a glaze or marinade that they have tried, or possibly a good recipe website (preferably something that you have actually tried), please let me know. I'm up for grilling, broiling, or baking.
Please, no deep fried fish. That just sounds bad.

I am really hungry for some chicken kastu curry, but Im home for spring break and there are no restaurants around my home city that serve it. I am a pretty good cook, so I figured Id make some myself but I can't find a recipe. It would be awesome if someone could help me out. A fairly straight forward, yet delicious chicken or pork katsu curry on top of rice recipe would be awesome to have, Thanks

I bought 2 fresh Chicken breasts 1 day ago from a "good" market. They are "organic"
But when I went to prepare them today I noticed an odor when I was washing them, not an overwhelming odor but it smells a bit "bad"
Is this normal? should I still cook and eat the Chicken?

I read it was supposed to be served room temperature, but I'm just wondering what would be better to preserve it? Should I put it in the fridge or leave it out?
