You can eat pancakes for dinner ! you could have savoury ones for your main course stuffed with mushrooms and chicken or ham in a creamy sauce and then sweet one for desert with lemon and sugar, golden syrup or cherries with Kirsch, yum, enjoy xxx.

You can make a nice Shrimp filling between the pancakes and a while garlic sauce over them. Now that is a nice dinner. Hey, a glass of White wine goes well with them..

Who says you can't? Pancakes can be served with savoury and sweet dishes. Mum used to make a pancake layer thing with spinach and ricotta cheese. And don't forget they are the basis for Crepes Suzette.

I remember when I was a kid I always thought having breakfast for dinner was the coolest thing because I grew up on cold cereal. Putting a smile on a child's face is always a good thing.
