i'm cookin' up some rib eye steaks 2nite.. and i'm wondering what ingredients i should sautee some mushrooms in? any help would be appreciated

i was thinking good old soy sauce, oyster sauce, and olive oil would do the trick

Good old butter and a little milk.
Unless the mushrooms are the large dark portobelo, soy or oyster sauce would tend to overpower the mushies

16 oz..button mushrooms sliced thick 2 Cups beef bouillon a million/2 cup Marsala a million/4 cup butter 4 tbs minced garlic in water (bottled from the save) a million coarsely reduce medium yellow onion a million/2 tsp marjoram salt and pepper to style Throw all of it mutually in a huge skillet and gently boil for an hour. OMG it smells so solid at the same time as that is cooking. i understand it is a wierd way besides the indisputable fact that it receives rave comments. My mom cooked them this manner so so do I. i do not concepts in the adventure that they cut back in length or shrivel because i like them very smooth. This is going large spooned over any beef or beef.

Butter.........or if you're cookin' the steaks on the stove just throw the mushrooms in with the steak around the last 5 minutes or so. The grease from the steaks will get them tender.

For a little kick, sautee mushrooms in chili oil. If you don't have chili oil, you can use sesame oil and add some crushed red peppers.

1 tbsp butter, 1 Tbsp olive oil, garlic (real if possible), chopped onion if you like it, and a pinch of basil or thyme. Mmmmm!

SWEET Marsala (must be sweet) is fantastic with beef or mushrooms. Let it thicken and it provides a sweet, nutty flavor
