The best I've ever had is to take a small container of Cool Whip, add a small box of vanilla pudding and pie mix. Whip until thickened. No one can ever guess what kind of frosting it is and always rave how good it is. Very easy and delicious.

VANILLA FROSTING

1 c. Crisco
1 c. butter
2 c. granulated sugar
6 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Beat 15 minutes. Great for decorating cakes

FAVORITE VANILLA FROSTING

1/2 c. soft butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg white
Pinch of salt

Blend and mix all ingredients together at medium speed for 5 minutes. Will frost 9"x13" cake or layer cake.

Vanilla butter cream frosting.

sooo easy.

1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 egg white
1cup powder sugar
Blend butter, egg white and vanilla in mixer. Add powder sugar. Mix till smooth.

3 cups powdered sugar
1/3 cup butter (softened)
1/4 tsp. vanilla
2 Tbls. milk (apprx.)
mix powdered sugar and butter. stir in vanilla and milk. beat with electric mixer 'til smooth. may want to add a bit more milk if it's too thick.
