Can anyone please tell me what collard greens are called in telugu, i am not sure whether it is called Thotakura

will honey crystalize well like sugar does?
i wanna make energy bar, what if i replace sugar with honey?

I lost my recipe, but I do remember most of the ingredients. It is meant to be very fancy for Prasadam after a festive Puja.

1 I would like to know the correct amounts of the ingredients
2 if there is any ingredient missing
3 or if there is an ingredient listed that should not be there.

also I would like to know:
4 if you can use saffron with cardamom
5 if not, what would make it yellow-colored except an artificial food coloring .... I would rather use something natural if I could

Sorry, but this is my first time cook.
My bf is not a good cooker, but he cooked for me many times.
And I also want to do something for him. esp. some weekends when we are together and do nothing special, I guess cooking could be a good one:)
Any advice for my first cooking? thanks a lot.

My sibs LOVE those individually packaged, extremely sweet, and expensive Quaker chewy granola bars. I'm looking for a recipe that will come close to what you can buy. They will not eat all those wonderful recipes for "homeade granola bars"- you know, the ones that are full of healthy stuff like nuts and raisins and oatbran. Anybody have a recipe that resembles a packaged sweet chewy granola bar, I'd love to have it!!!

I love to bake! But cooking just scares me kinda, I don't know what to make with what, how long to boil, or cook noddles, meats, veggies, ect.. I was at Sam's club and I tried a delicious, premade Cheese Cake called Paradise Cheese cake, it had Coconut and Pinapple in it, I would love the recipe if anyone has any ideas, I want to learn to make it myself. The name of the Company it was made by was Atlanta Cheese Cakes, it was a very good cake and I would love to learn to make it.
