Marinate the pork chops in teriyaki sauce with fresh grated ginger and green onion.

A-1 makes great bottled marinades.

BBQ sauce - Bull's Eye.

Any pre-mixed grill seasoning or spice rub - but be sure to coat the chops w/ just a touch of oil after applying them to keep them from scorching and sticking to the grill.

Believe it or not, poultry seasoning, or oragano & bazil, together, let pork sit overnight in the fride, wrapped in tin foil, with the above, sprinkled, side to side, & top to bottom, with diced onions, sprinkled, on top, then turn it over, & do the other side too, but if U don`t like oinions, don`t put them in.

We prefer to use Swamp Dust Seasoning in the bottle. It's so good wether deep frying, brining, grilling or baking. You can get it in the southern US or at swampdust.com .

Anything McCormick. I used to use SpiceHunter, and everysince my friend had me hooked on McCormick I use their spices for just about anything. Roast, pork chops, steak, hamburgers... anything.

Try it, you'll see the difference, good luck.

Oh.. you can find that brand in your local grocer store.
